Terms & Conditions Specific To Readings

You must read the following and only proceed with an order for a reading if you agree to the terms and conditions of a psychic and spiritual reading with Suzanne.

  • You must be 18 or over to participate in a reading with Suzanne.
  • If you under any Medical treatment for psychiatric problems that could impair your decision to engage in a psychic and spiritual reading, Suzanne will need to evaluate and discuss whether the reading can continue.
  • Suzanne reserves the right to terminate the reading at any time if:
    1. She feels a connection with a client has not been achieved.
    2. She feels that the client is not psychologically responding positively and to carry on could cause harm to client.
    3. If the client shows any aggressive or confrontational attitude.
  • No fee will be paid if Suzanne terminates a reading.
  • All information given by Suzanne, is given on the understanding that nothing is 100%. Especially the subtle vibrations of psychic and spiritual connections where you have free will to change your path and outcomes.
  • The client will take full responsibility, being of sound mind, for accepting or not accepting any guidance given, seer ship predictions and spiritual communication.

All information is given for the client to use of their own free will.

Payment

Healing Messages from Spirit’s payment processes are fully secured using a 128-bit encryption payment gateway provided by PayPal. Clients may choose to pay by credit/debit card or an existing PayPal account.

If you miss your allocated time slot, Suzanne reserves the right to refuse a refund.

If Suzanne cancels a reading due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, she will offer an alternative time slot for the reading or a full refund.

Refunds

I believe that you will be delighted and amazed with your reading. However, should the content of the reading not meet your expectations – no refunds will be given as I offer no guarantee as to the accuracy or relevance of the material. My accuracy is usually around 90% and I do my best to provide you with an accurate reading with my guides. I am always open to questions and feedback about your reading and willing to clarify anything of which I am shown to help you better understand your reading. As the feedback that I receive is always positive I believe your experience will be as well.

Email Readings

Email readings will be provided only by Suzanne.

Please be aware that e-mail readings are scheduled.
